KRA’S
- Take order from business partners (dealers)
- Feed order details in SAP system (live)
- Follow up with business partners on matters related to billing, product availability, financial transactions
- Follow up with filed sales team on matters related to business partners, product availability, etc
- Explain commercial policy and other promotional policies to business partner
Desired Skills
- B.Com with 0 – 5years experience
- Good understanding of accounting principals
- Familiarity with GST
- Basic XL Skills
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge on SAP shall be added advantage
- We are also hiring candidates with knowledge (speaking ) of
Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam languages
KRA’S
- Responsible for process mapping, data analysis, improvement, optimization, standardization and automation opportunities
- Measure performance against process requirements. Collect data to identify root cause problems
- Understand stakeholders’ needs and translate them to business/ functional requirements and process flows
- Gap analysis of existing product and solution against requirements, refine/define the requirements to make them cost effective and more aligned to product/solution/COTS
- Critically examine, audit and analyse business processes across business operations to recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and controls
- Support process re-engineering capture of time and motion metrics

Desired Skills
- 2-6 years of progressive/consulting experience, preferably in service or consulting industry
- Well versed with BPM/BPR, process mapping skills and tools
Strong communication, quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to present process gaps and create process flows as per BPMN standards
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma tools, BPR/BPM methodologies
- Experience working with senior decision makers and/or in BPO/ITES preferred
